High pressure die casting (HPDC)
https://www.alcioncasting.com/de/ For the production of components using the HPDC process, we use die casting machines with a capacity between 700 and 1300 tons. For mechanical machining, we have universal CNC machining centers as well as product-specific transfer machinery.
With our own modern laboratory equipment, the quality of the products can be checked and guaranteed at all times.
Processed materials are all common alloys. Special alloys such as "Silafont" and "Maximal" can also be used for parts with special requirements on elasticity and elongation properties.
The part weights range from 150 g to 5 kg.
