https://goialde.com/ We produce parts with a weight between 400 g and 25 kg, which are characterized by their high precision.
Iron casting, aluminum, steel and stainless steel are used in production.
We employ different techniques to manufacture moulded parts such as sand casting, die casting (HPDC, gravity die casting), forgings and extruded profiles.
On the one hand, our core competence is the development of the moulded part as well as the necessary tools and processes for the production of the raw parts. Furthermore, we specialise in the development of jigs and tools for the mechanical processing of the parts by milling, drilling, honing, reaming, thermal deburring and lapping, as well as surface coating and component assembly.
