Once one of our plants is nominated for a project, we coordinate project planning and monitoring.

In addition, we also get involved in clarifying all technical and commercial issues in preparation for the start of series production.

Besides content-related topics, Compauto monitors compliance with the defined time milestones.

During our weekly project meetings with the plants, Compauto controls the project progress and - if agreed with the customer accordingly -  communicates it pro-actively at fixed intervals.

All contract issues arising from the assignment are accompanied by Compauto, such as the application for a German tax number for a consignment stock.
